| Gold Coast Renault dealership, Cartwright Euro has once again won the International "2008
Renault Global Quality Award" for Australia.
"The Cartwright Euro team’s Aftersales performance has been nothing short of extraordinary and
by providing quality service to their customers they have been able to win this prestigious award for
a second time" said David Wynn, Director of Quality Services for Renault Australia.
"Jamie (Dealer Principal) & Craig (Service Manager) are now invited to a VIP ceremony in Paris,
during which the CEO of Renault, Carlos Ghosn, will present Jamie with a trophy recognising the
excellent service in his dealership" said David.
The 2008 Renault Global Quality Award trophy will be displayed in the dealership next to the 2007
Renault Global Quality Award trophy, showcasing the team’s commitment to customer service.
The Renault Global Quality Award is presented to each National Renault dealership with the
highest amount of customers who are completely satisfied as surveyed by Renault France.
Cartwright Euro was one of the few Asia/Africa region dealerships to be awarded this prestigious
trophy for the second year in a row.
As a sign of their accomplishments in 2008, Cartwright Euro has also won incentive trips to
the Melbourne Grand Prix for exceptional Aftersales service.
Richard Rayson, Parts Manager, was has been recognised as Number 1 in Accessory Sales
Nationally while Craig Roberts and Sean Trethewey were also awarded for Service Awards and
will join Richard in Melbourne for the upcoming Melbourne Grand Prix.
